Are you an experienced and passionate coach looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of young athletes? Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as the Head Coach for our 9U Rebel Softball Fastpitch team.

About Us:

We are a highly respected and competitive travel fastpitch organization with a strong focus on player development and character building. Our 9U team, known as the Rebels, consists of talented young athletes aged 9 and under who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in the sport. We emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

Responsibilities:

As the Head Coach, you will play a vital role in the development and success of our 9U Rebel Travel Fastpitch team. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that focus on skill development, strategy, and game preparation.

Conducting regular practice sessions to enhance individual and team skills.

Planning and organizing team activities, including games, tournaments, and off-field team-building events.

Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to players, fostering their personal and athletic growth.

Evaluating player performance and providing constructive feedback to help players improve.

Collaborating with assistant coaches, parents, and other team staff to ensure a positive and productive team environment.

Representing the team and organization with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a qualified individual who meets the following criteria:

Previous coaching experience in fastpitch softball, particularly at the 9U level or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of the game, including rules, strategies, and player positions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate young athletes.

A passion for youth development and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive team culture.

Ability to work collaboratively with players, parents, and team staff.

Availability to attend practices, games, and tournaments, which may include weekends and occasional travel.
